About DPSRU

Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research University (DPSRU) is India’s first Pharmacy University and the third of its kind globally. Established under Act 07 of 2008 by the State Legislature of Delhi, the University has been functional since 2015. DPSRU, recognized under Section 2(f) and Section 22 of the UGC Act, is a 100% grant-in-aid State Government University. Applications Invited for the Following Posts (On Deputation Basis)

1. Senior Technical Assistant

• Pay Level: Level 7 (7th CPC)

• Number of Posts: 02

• Eligibility Criteria:

  • Holding analogous posts in Central/State Government, Universities, R&D Institutions, Autonomous Bodies, or PSUs.

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Science (PCM/PCB), Pharmacy, or Allied Health Sciences from a recognized University.

• Maximum Age Limit: 56 years

2. Sr. Lab Assistant / Lab Assistant

• Pay Level: Level 4 (7th CPC)

• Number of Posts: 06

• Eligibility Criteria:

  • Holding analogous posts in Central/State Government, Universities, R&D Institutions, Autonomous Bodies, or PSUs.

  • Must possess one of the following:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with 2 years of experience in Level 2

    • Diploma in Pharmacy with 4 years of experience in Level 2

    • B.Sc. in Science (PCM/PCB/Allied Health Sciences) with 2 years of experience in Level 2

    • Diploma in Allied Health Sciences with 4 years of experience in Level 2

• Maximum Age Limit: 56 years

General Conditions & Instructions

• Nationality: Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.

• Tenure: The deputation period will initially be for 1 year and may be extended as per University rules.

• Application Process:

  • Candidates must apply using the prescribed format available at https://dpsru.edu.in.

  • Separate applications must be submitted for each post.

  • Applications must be complete in all respects and accompanied by self-attested documents.

  • Incomplete or manually written applications will not be accepted.
