Position Overview

Post: Specialist, Medical Affairs
Function: Medical Affairs
Designation: Regional Medical Advisor (RMA) – General & Specialty Medicine
Territory: North Region

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Regional Medical Advisor to be a key scientific liaison for our cardiovascular therapy portfolio. You will serve as the vital link between our organization and the medical community, engaging stakeholders, supporting clinical research, and delivering impactful scientific communication.

Key Responsibilities

🔬 Scientific Expertise

  • Build deep expertise in cardiovascular products and relevant medical science.

  • Stay current with clinical guidelines, treatment protocols, and emerging data.

🤝 Stakeholder Engagement

  • Develop and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare providers, and academic institutions.

  • Conduct scientific discussions and provide clinical education on therapeutic areas.

📊 Support to Medical Strategy

  • Collaborate with product teams to align medical insights with strategic objectives.

🎓 Medical Education

  • Train internal teams (sales, marketing) with up-to-date scientific content.

  • Assist in development of educational tools and training programs.

💬 Scientific Exchange & Communication

  • Represent the company at conferences, symposia, and advisory boards.

  • Present and interpret clinical trial data and real-world evidence to external stakeholders.

🧪 Clinical Research Support

  • Provide local support for investigator-initiated trials and site identification.

🔗 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Liaise with Regulatory, Clinical Development, Market Access, and Marketing teams to deliver cohesive scientific support.

📚 Medical Information & Compliance

  • Respond accurately to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals.

  • Ensure strict adherence to compliance, regulatory, and ethical standards.

Candidate Profile

🎓 Education

  • Medical degree (MD) or Doctorate (Ph.D.) in life sciences is essential.

🧠 Experience & Expertise

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical Affairs or Clinical Research in the cardiovascular therapy area.

  • Strong grasp of clinical trial methodology, data interpretation, and therapeutic landscapes.

🗣️ Skills Required

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

  • Comfort with frequent travel and dynamic field-based responsibilities.

  • Awareness of GCP, ICH, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
