Formulation & Development (F&D) – Injectable
Assistant Manager
- Qualification: M. Pharma (Pharmaceutics)
- Experience: 7+ years
- Expertise in handling injectable products (lyophilized, aseptic, and terminal sterilized).
- Experience in dry powder injections and technology transfer at the manufacturing site.
Senior Executive / Executive / Senior Officer / Officer
- Qualification: M. Pharma (Pharmaceutics)
- Experience: 1 to 5 years
- Exposure to handling injectable products (lyophilized, aseptic, and terminal sterilized).
In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) – Injectable
- Qualification: M.Sc / B. Pharma
- Experience: 2 to 8 years
- Responsibilities: Qualification of equipment, machines, water, HVAC system, temperature mapping, calibration, IPQA monitoring in production/warehouse, batch release, and BMR review.
- Knowledge of analytical QA, validation processes, QMS, and quality risk management.
Quality Control (QC) – Microbiologist (Injectable)
Officer
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Microbiology)
- Experience: 1 to 5 years
- Expertise in environmental monitoring (settle plates, air sampling, surface, and gown monitoring).
- Strong documentation skills and knowledge of aseptic practices.
Senior Officer
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Microbiology)
- Experience: 3 to 8 years
- Hands-on experience in sterility testing, BET, antibiotic assay, microbial limit testing, and culture handling.
- Proficiency in microbiological method validation and good lab practices.
Executive
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Microbiology)
- Experience: 7 to 10 years
- Expertise in microbiological GLP activities, calibrations, instrument qualification, EM & water analysis schedules, training management, GAP assessments, and documentation review.
Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) – Injectable
Assistant Manager
- Qualification: M.Sc (Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or related field)
- Experience: 10+ years
- Expertise in analytical method development for complex injectable products.
- Strong knowledge of HPLC/GC, ICP-OES, ICP-MS, and regulatory guidelines (IP, USP, EP, ICH, FDA).
Senior Executive / Executive
- Qualification: M.Sc (Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or related field)
- Experience: 6 to 8 years
- Proficiency in analytical method development, validation, and handling of sophisticated instruments.
- Familiarity with deviation handling, CAPA, and GMP operations.
Chemist / Officer
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry)
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in QC/ADL
- Hands-on experience with instruments such as autotitrator, KF titrator, and pH meter.
Engineering – HVAC (Injectable)
ITI Fitter
- Experience: 2 to 4 years in plant utility and maintenance for injectables.
ITI Instrument Technician
- Experience: 2 to 4 years in plant instrumentation for injectables.
