Open Positions & Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Accounts (3–8 Years of Experience)

• Manage financial records, budgeting, and audit activities.

• Prepare financial statements, tax reports, and ensure compliance.

• Collaborate with internal teams to drive cost efficiency and financial planning.

2️⃣ Microbiology (0–3 Years of Experience)

• Conduct microbial testing and ensure product safety and sterility.

• Maintain laboratory instruments and ensure GMP compliance.

• Support R&D activities through analytical and documentation excellence.

3️⃣ Quality Control (1–5 Years of Experience)

• Perform testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.

• Ensure GMP and ICH compliance throughout quality operations.

• Identify deviations, record results, and assist in CAPA implementation.

4️⃣ Quality Assurance (2–10 Years of Experience)

• Develop, review, and implement QA systems and SOPs.

• Conduct internal audits and manage regulatory documentation.

• Oversee batch release, deviation, and change control processes.

5️⃣ Regulatory Affairs (2–5 Years of Experience)

• Prepare and file regulatory dossiers and submissions.

• Coordinate with regulatory bodies for product approvals and renewals.

• Ensure compliance with Indian and international regulatory norms.

6️⃣ RM Store (1–5 Years of Experience)

• Manage and monitor raw material inventory.

• Coordinate with vendors for procurement and timely delivery.

• Maintain documentation and ensure safe storage as per SOPs.

7️⃣ Purchase (0–3 Years of Experience)

• Source and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective procurement.

• Maintain purchase orders, stock tracking, and supplier relationships.

• Support supply chain efficiency through proactive planning.

8️⃣ Human Resources (0–3 Years of Experience)

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives.

• Handle payroll, HR compliance, and employee engagement programs.

• Foster a positive, growth-oriented workplace culture.

Educational Qualifications

• Accounts: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

• Microbiology & QC/QA: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm

• Regulatory Affairs: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Regulatory/Pharma)

• RM Store & Purchase: Any Graduate (preferably with pharma or supply chain background)

• HR: MBA / BBA (HR specialization preferred)

Desired Skills

• In-depth knowledge of GMP, GLP, ICH, and regulatory frameworks.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent documentation accuracy and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Office / ERP / SAP (for Accounts roles).

• Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills.
