• Production Operator – Cartridge Filling / Vial Filling / CIP SIP / Washing & Autoclave

• Quality Control Officer / Executive / Sr. Officer / Sr. Executive

Key Responsibilities

For Production Roles

• Operate Bosch & Strobel equipment for sterile injectable and biosimilar manufacturing.

• Perform CIP (Clean-In-Place) and SIP (Sterilize-In-Place) procedures to maintain aseptic standards.

• Manage washing and autoclave operations to ensure equipment readiness and product sterility.

• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and aseptic techniques.

• Maintain batch records and ensure smooth production flow in sterile environments.

For Quality Control Roles

• Conduct analytical testing and quality checks for sterile injectables and biosimilars.

• Perform sampling and testing for vial and cartridge filling processes.

• Maintain detailed documentation and compliance reports for audits and inspections.

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure consistent product quality and process adherence.

• Stay updated with the latest pharma regulatory standards and support continual improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Background in biosimilar, injectable, or sterile plant operations is essential.

• For Production: Diploma / B.Pharm with 2–5 years’ hands-on experience in vial filling, cartridge filling, CIP SIP, or autoclave operations.

• For Quality Control: B.Pharm / M.Sc. with 2–5 years of experience in QC for sterile manufacturing.

• Prior experience working on Bosch & Strobel equipment will be an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of GMP, aseptic processing, and documentation practices.

• Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
