The National Health Mission (NHM), under the Health Department of Zilla Parishad, Washim, invites applications from eligible candidates to fill vacant contractual positions for Pharmacists. Remuneration:

  • Monthly Salary: INR 17,000 (Consolidated)

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Age Limit: As per the Government Resolution dated April 25, 2016:
    • Open Category: 21-38 years
    • Backward Category: 21-43 years
    • A relaxation of up to 5 years is applicable for candidates currently working under NHM.
  2. Candidates must be physically and mentally fit with no criminal record.
  3. A non-refundable application fee must be paid:
    • Open Category: INR 200
    • Backward Category: INR 100
    • Payment should be made to “District Integrated Health & Family Welfare Society, Washim,” and the transaction ID must be uploaded with the application.
  4. The advertised positions are contractual and not permanent government posts. Selected candidates will not have any claim for permanent government employment.
  5. Contract Period: The appointment will be valid until June 29, 2025, with possible renewal based on performance and state-level approval.
  6. Candidates must ensure that their educational qualifications, experience, and registration certificates are valid as of the application deadline.
  7. All updates related to the recruitment process, including eligible/ineligible candidate lists and selection/waiting lists, will be published on www.zpwashim.com.
  8. If reserved category candidates are unavailable, open-category candidates from the waiting list may be given temporary appointments.
  9. The waiting list will remain valid for 12 months to fill vacancies arising due to resignations.
  10. The salary is fixed with no additional allowances.
  11. If the post is withdrawn by the government, employment will be terminated immediately without prior notice.
  12. Selected candidates must submit a bond of INR 100 on stamp paper agreeing to the contract terms.
  13. Candidates must join within 7 days of receiving the appointment order, or the next candidate in the waiting list will be appointed.
  14. Applicants must provide a valid mobile number and email ID, which must remain active throughout the recruitment process.
  15. Caste Certificate Requirement: Reserved category applicants must upload valid caste certificates. EWS category candidates must upload an EWS certificate; otherwise, their application will be disqualified.
  16. Candidates must upload their registration and renewal certificates for council registration where applicable.
  17. No travel allowance or reimbursement will be provided for appearing in document verification.
  18. Candidates with more than two children are not eligible for selection.
  19. The number of vacancies, reservation criteria, and job locations are subject to change at the discretion of the authorities.
  20. Candidates who received grades (CGPA/SGPA) must mention their percentage conversion formula in the application. If not provided, their application may not be considered.
  21. Applicants must accurately enter their final-year percentage while filling out the application.
  22. Employees working under NHM must obtain prior permission from their department head before applying and upload the permission letter with their application.
  23. A merit-based selection process will be conducted, totaling 100 marks.
  24. A 50% waiting list of the total posts will be maintained.
  25. Preference will be given to candidates with government/semi-government/NHM experience.
  26. Selection will be based on category-wise merit lists, and appointment orders will be issued accordingly.
  27. Before confirming the appointment, necessary original documents and certificates will be verified by the concerned officer.
  28. The Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Washim, reserves the right to address any recruitment-related objections.
