Government job opportunity for Pharmacist at District Integrated Health & Family Welfare Society

Department of Health, Wardha District, National Health Mission, and various programmes’ total chemist openings and newly sanctioned positions. Applications from qualified applicants are requested in accordance with the table below. The hiring procedure is being carried out on a contractual basis.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Age Limit: The age of candidates should be between 18 years and the maximum age limit specified by the government. For the posts of MBBS, Specialist, and Superspecialist, the age should not exceed 70 years (38 years for open category and 43 years for backward category). There is a relaxation of up to 5 years for candidates working in the service of National Health Mission.
2. Application Fee: Interested candidates need to submit their applications along with an application form and a bank draft. The draft should be payable to the District Integrated Health & Family Welfare Society, Wardha, and the amount is Rs. 150/- for open category and Rs. 100/- for backward category.
3. Application Submission: Applications should be submitted to the District Program Manager National Health Mission Cell, Division Zilla Parishad, Wardha Health between the specified dates, typically 10th to 11th of the month.
4. Preference for Female Candidates: Female candidates will be given preference as all posts in the male category have already been filled.
5. Contractual Basis: The advertised posts are not regular posts of the state government but are purely contractual positions. There is no tenure on these posts, and government service rules do not apply. The applicant does not have the right to claim regular government service or service protection.
6. Contract Duration and Remuneration: The appointment will be for 11 months and 29 days. Candidates selected for the contractual posts will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration. Reappointment for a further period will be based on performance appraisal.
7. Communication and Updates: Detailed advertisements, eligibility lists, selection/waiting lists, and other information/instructions will be published on the website of National Health Mission, Zilla Parishad Wardha District (www.zpwardha.in). No separate letters will be sent to applicants.
8. Reserved Category Candidates: If there is a shortage of candidates from the reserved category, eligible candidates from the open category in the waiting list will be appointed temporarily until candidates from the reserved category are available.
9. Waiting List: The waiting list for the post will remain valid for 12 months. If vacancies arise due to employee resignations in the future, candidates from the waiting list will be appointed without conducting a fresh recruitment process.
10. Consolidated Remuneration: The mentioned remuneration is a consolidated amount, and no additional allowances will be provided.
