Job Description:
Job Purpose:
Monitor and execute packing activities in a shift, maintaining cGMP and safety norms to achieve production targets.
Accountabilities:
I. Execute shift packing activity, managing available resources, and minimizing machine micro stoppages to achieve shift targets.
II. Review documentation related to packing activity, monitoring standard packing parameters as per BPR to meet regulatory requirements.
III. Prepare manufacturing records and update online documentation to meet production and cGMP requirements.
IV. Monitor adherence to safety guidelines during a shift for packing activities, creating a safe working environment.
V. Provide training to staff and workmen for packing activities through regular interactions to ensure the production of quality products.
VI. Introduce new ideas and streamline processes to reduce process cycle time and achieve new targets.
Candidate Profile:
- B. Pharm. / B. Sc. (Chemistry)
- 5 years of experience in packing with knowledge of handling QMS activities, qualification, and related documents.
