Responsibilities: As a Professor, Associate Professor, or HOD (D.Pharm) at Gitanjali College of Pharmacy, your primary responsibility would be to teach and educate students according to the curriculum guidelines. This includes planning and delivering lectures, conducting practical sessions, evaluating student progress, and mentoring students.

In addition to teaching, you would also be responsible for assessing the educational needs, abilities, and attainment potential of individual students entrusted to you. You may need to tailor your teaching style and approaches to meet the individual needs of your students, provide additional support to those who need it, and challenge those who are excelling.

You would also be expected to undertake other duties related to academic administration, student welfare, institutional development, etc. as entrusted by the Head of the Institute. This could include designing and revising curricula, participating in institutional development activities, and providing support and guidance to students in matters related to their academic and personal growth.

To be considered for the position of Professor, Associate Professor, or HOD (D.Pharm) at Gitanjali College of Pharmacy, you should possess the following qualifications:

• B.Pharm degree from a recognized institute or university department.
• M.Pharm and Ph.D. degrees in Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy, or Pharmacy Practice.
• Must be a registered pharmacist from the respective State Pharmacy Council.

In addition to the required qualifications, having a teaching experience in the relevant field and a Ph.D. would be beneficial. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other faculty members.

Job location: The job is located in Birbhum, West Bengal, in the Pharma industry, with a functional area of teaching.
