QA Head Position:

Quality Assurance Head – Leading Strategic Excellence

Guiding Operational Performance for Development Quality

Job Description at Stallion Laboratories:

• Lead and manage strategic and operational aspects of Development Quality
• Ensure adherence to Regulatory and Quality compliance, including Company standards
• Oversee efficient day-to-day running of development projects
• Implement and maintain QMS, adhering to cGMP, ISO, CFR 820, and Quality Manual requirements
• Conduct self-inspection and supplier audits
• Manage FDA-regulated projects on Documentation, Systems Set Up, Quality Control, and more
• Review audit readiness strategy and oversee regulatory inspections preparedness
• Improve processes associated with the quality system
• Handle Complaint Handling, Non-conformance, and OOS investigations
• Manage Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality Development
• Approve SOPs, Batch Records Protocols, and other cCMP documents
• Ensure Continuous Process Verification using statistical tools

Strategic Planning for Superior Productivity

Job Description:

• Spearhead production activities, including planning, resource utilization, and SOP implementation
• Ensure adequate resources for current and projected production volumes
• Manage Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Packaging Activities
• Plan monthly production, ensuring timely delivery of commercial goods
• Coordinate with internal suppliers and customers
• Implement SOPs for critical operations and equipment
• Manage cGMP compliance, Quality Management Systems, and relations with external auditors
• Handle Change/Deviation and implement corrective action

Job Description:

• Lead a QC team, overseeing functions in Finished product, process Validation, stability, and documentation
• Demonstrate leadership skills with strong analytical work and documentation
• Handle compliant/high-quality documentation for audit compliance
• Manage maintenance & calibrations process & validations of analytical instruments
• Spearhead activities related to stability, raw materials & lab support
• Maintain validations documents for Environmental Monitoring, WFI testing, and inspections
• Monitor regulatory developments and maintain relations with relevant authorities
• Prepare specifications & SOP’s and undertake analytical method validation
• Proficient in Quality Management Systems and release of Exhibit Batches and commercial batches
