1. Production Head:

Qualification Required at Granules India:

M.Pharm / MBA

Experience Required at Granules India:

18-20 Years

Desired Skills:

• Expertise in managing production operations in accordance with the production plan and ensuring equipment qualification.
• Proficiency in implementing world-class practices using tools like TPM/TQM/Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience in working in automated plants with a minimum of 80% automation, including integrated lines, Cobots, Robots, AMRI’s, ASRS, etc.
• Track record of facing audits from regulatory bodies like USFDA or MHRA or similar customer audits in the food industry.

2. Production Manager:

Qualification Required at Granules India:

M.Pharm / B.Pharm / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering

Experience:

12-15 Years

Desired Skills:

• Proficient in ensuring manufacturing activities align with the production plan and coordinating with cross-functional teams (SCM, QA, QC, Warehouse, and Engineering).
• Experience in handling written procedures, documents, and amendments.
• Competence in training operators and other manufacturing personnel on equipment operation, cleaning procedures, and personnel hygiene.
• Proven ability to face and pass internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory audits with minimal critical and major observations.
• Familiarity with handling change controls, CAPA’s, Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT), deviations, incidents, and market complaint investigations.
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
