Number of Posts: 27 (UR-15, OBC-07, SC-04, ST-01)

Scale of Post: Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 2800/-

Age Limit: The age limit for applicants is between 21 and 27 years.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized university/institution.
  2. Should be a registered Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948.

Desirable: Experience in the manufacture, storage, or testing of Transfusion Fluids in a reputed hospital or industry.

For Direct Recruitment Basis:

  1. Application Fees: General (GEN) and Other Backward Class (OBC) candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 3,000/- for Group A and B posts, and Rs. 2,000/- for Group C posts. For Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Orthopedically Handicapped (OPH) candidates, the application fee is Rs. 1,000/- for Group A, B, and C posts. The application fees should be paid through the online application portal. Please note that the application fee is non-refundable.

For Deputation Basis:

  1. Maximum Age Limit: The maximum age limit for applying for the mentioned posts on deputation is 56 years as of the last date of receipt of the application.
  2. Period of Deputation: The period of deputation shall not ordinarily exceed 3 years.
  3. Application Fees: A fee of Rs. 500/- is applicable for each post on Deputation Basis.
  4. Application Submission: Officers who meet the qualifications/eligibility criteria must submit their application in the prescribed Performa at Annexure through proper channels to the Deputy Director (Admin), All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Rishikesh-249203, Uttarakhand. The applications should reach the institute within 45 days from the date of advertisement in the Employment News paper, i.e., by 16.10.2017, 5:00 PM.
  5. Application Envelope: The envelope containing the application(s) should be super-scribed with “Application for the Post of [Post Name] on Deputation basis.”
  6. Verification and Enclosures: While forwarding the applications, it is important to ensure that the particulars of the candidates are verified, and they fulfill the eligibility conditions. Duly attested photocopies of their up-to-date Confidential Reports (at least for the latest 05 years) should be enclosed with the applications. It should also be clearly stated that no vigilance/disciplinary proceedings are pending or contemplated against the candidates. Applications without vigilance clearance and CR Dossiers will not be considered.                                                                                                                                                                                           GENERAL CONDITIONS:
    1. All applicants must submit their application online through the AIIMS Rishikesh website. No other mode of application will be accepted.
    2. Applicants must fulfill all the essential eligibility criteria (educational qualification, age limit, etc.) by the last date of submission of application forms for the specific post they are applying for.
    3. The application fee is non-refundable and varies as follows:
      • UR/OBC Candidate: Rs. 2,000/-
      • SC/ST/OPH Candidate: Rs. 1,000/-
    4. Each post requires a separate application and application fee (if applying for more than one post).
    5. Incomplete online submission of the application form by the specified date and time will result in the candidate’s candidature not being considered.
    6. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST candidates for up to a maximum of 5 years and for OBC candidates for up to a maximum of 3 years, as of the last date of submission of the application.
    7. For Orthopaedic Physical Handicapped (OPH) candidates, the age relaxation is up to a maximum of 10 years for General Category, 13 years for OBC category, and 15 years for SC/ST category, as of the last date of submission of the application.
    8. Permanent Government Employees who have served for a minimum of 3 years in the relevant field as of the closing date for application submission are eligible for a relaxation of up to 5 years.
    9. Contractual employees of AIIMS Rishikesh will receive a relaxation in the upper age limit for a period equal to their continuous service in AIIMS Rishikesh, up to a maximum of 5 years, as a one-time dispensation.
    10. Ex-servicemen will receive age relaxation as per the rules of the Government of India.
    11. No hard copy of the online application form or any other documents need to be sent by post. However, candidates should keep a printed copy of their application form for submission during the interview.
    12. Candidates must indicate their preferences for three centers. The exact center will be allotted at the time of issuing the admit card. Efforts will be made to assign a center according to the candidate’s preferences, but in case of unavailability, the nearest available centers will be allotted. The decision of AIIMS Rishikesh will be final in this regard.
    13. Applicants in regular employment must provide a “NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE” from their employers at the time of the interview.
    14. Admit cards can be downloaded from the AIIMS Rishikesh website (aiimsrishikesh.edu.in) using the Registration Number/Application Number and Date of Birth. Call letters will not be sent by post. This facility will be available on the website 15 days before the actual examination date.
    15. No TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Dearness Allowance) will be provided for appearing in the written test, skill test, or interview.
    16. The probation period for selected candidates will be 2 years.
    17.
