Position: Production Manager – Thyronorm Facility

Experience: 17 Years

Job Responsibilities

Equipment & Facility Management

• Participate in equipment selection based on containment strategy.

• Provide inputs during technical discussions with vendors and finalize procurement.

• Supervise installation, qualification, and validation of manufacturing equipment.

• Oversee internalization and validation of Thyronorm batches in a timely manner.

Team Leadership & Training

• Lead and motivate the production team, ensuring continuous training and development.

• Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.

• Coordinate hiring of operators and supervisors in collaboration with HR.

Operational & Quality Oversight

• Review SOPs, batch records, and master documents for production.

• Ensure manufacturing activities meet environmental control and product quality standards.

• Supervise implementation of QMS, cGMP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Cross-functional Coordination

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFTs) to ensure smooth production workflow.

• Support QMS documentation for new equipment and processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in managing high-volume pharmaceutical production, especially in solid dosage forms.

• Deep knowledge of cGMP regulations and hands-on experience in regulatory audits.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Ability to handle multi-vendor coordination and technical procurement.
