We are currently seeking experienced professionals for the following roles in our Formulation Development (NCE) and Medicinal Chemistry (NCE) teams.

1. Formulation Development (NCE)

Position: AGM / DGM
Experience: 12-18 years
Qualification: Ph.D. / M.Pharm
Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the Formulation Development team in developing NCE formulations from pre-clinical to commercial stages.
• Define and execute formulation development strategies aligned with business and R&D objectives.
• Prepare and review development reports, protocols, and regulatory submission documents.
• Implement advanced formulation technologies for innovative drug delivery systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Analytical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Clinical, and Marketing.
• Manage regulatory submissions such as INDs, NDAs, and ANDAs, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards.
• Address regulatory queries related to formulation development promptly and efficiently.

2. Medicinal Chemistry (NCE)

Position: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager
Experience: 1-5 years
Qualification: Ph.D. (Mandatory)
Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and development of novel molecules with a strong scientific approach.
• Design and synthesize new chemical entities (NCEs) and prodrugs for drug discovery.
• Collaborate on intellectual property (IP) screening and patent filings for designed molecules.
• Coordinate with CROs and CMOs for timely synthesis and development of compounds.
• Troubleshoot challenges in synthesis and lead molecule development for accelerated drug discovery.
• Work closely with pharmacology/DMPK teams to evaluate and advance potential drug candidates.
• Manage compound databases, libraries, and shipments for seamless research operations.
• Utilize Computer-Aided Drug Design (CADD) for molecular optimization.
