Role Overview
As Senior Executive – Commercial Quality, you will ensure robust implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS) at our India operations and 3PL Distribution Centers. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining compliance with J&J standards, applicable regulations, and enhancing operational excellence across the commercial supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
✅ GxP & Compliance Oversight
-
Ensure GxP-compliant operations at 3PL distribution centers.

Maintain quality standards for temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products.
-
Support audits, inspections, and investigations related to J&J IM products.
🔄 Change & Non-Conformance Management
-
Handle internal and external change controls.
-
Investigate and close non-conformances with effective CAPAs.
📦 Product Quality & Release
-
Manage batch release of imported products through SAP.
-
Handle product complaints and execute repackaging/relabeling operations.
🌡️ Cold Chain & Return Goods Management
-
Monitor storage/distribution temperatures.
-
Evaluate and document decisions for returned or temperature-excursion products.
📋 Documentation & Training
-
Maintain local SOPs via TruVault.
-
Deliver SOP and GMP/GDP training to internal teams and external partners.
🔍 Audit, Recall & Regulatory Coordination
-
Lead internal audits, mock recalls, and support product recall activities.
-
Coordinate with NABL labs and regulatory authorities for testing and compliance.
🤝 Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, and external partners.

Conduct distributor/supplier quality audits and support CAPA follow-ups.
Candidate Profile
-
Educational Qualification: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, or M.Sc
-
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry
-
Skills & Knowledge:
-
Strong understanding of GMP/GDP and pharmaceutical regulations
-
Experience in QA operations, warehouse/distribution management
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, quality investigation tools, and audit protocols
-
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
-
Fluent in English and local languages
