Founded in 1953 during India’s Swadeshi Movement, Biological E. Limited (BE) was established by Dr. DVK Raju to address the nation’s need for critical healthcare products. Starting with the manufacturing of liver extracts and anticoagulants, BE has since grown to become a leader in the prevention of diseases. The company’s Biotechnology Division, now the Vaccines and Biologics Division, began large-scale production of DPT vaccines as early as 1962, marking the beginning of its journey in vaccine manufacturing.

Officer / Senior Officer

Qualifications: Diploma / B. Sc.
Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Required Skills:

• Expertise in operating and cleaning Vial Washing machines, Depyrogenation Tunnels, Automatic Vial Filling and Sealing Machines, and Automatic PFS filling machines.
• Experience with Lyophilizers with Auto Loading and Unloading Systems (ALUS).
• Knowledge of aseptic process activities, including aseptic techniques, filling, and sealing activities.
• Proficiency in operating autoclaves and terminal sterilizers, including preparation, loading, and unloading.
• Ability to clean cleanroom areas and machines, and execute manufacturing, filling, and compounding activities as per schedule.

Executive / Senior Executive

Qualifications: M.Pharmacy / B.Pharmacy
Experience: 2 to 7 Years

Required Skills:

• Experience in manufacturing, filtration, filling, lyophilization, sealing, component preparation, and aseptic operations.
• Skilled in work allocation, monitoring, and manpower training.
• Expertise in planning and executing automatic PFS filling machines, batch manufacturing, and aseptic media fill simulation activities.

Quality Control

Executive

Qualifications: B. Pharm / M. Sc.
Experience: 3 to 6 Years

Required Skills:

• Proficient in handling biological assays (Antifactor Xa and Antifactor IIa).
• Preferable experience with Heparin sodium and Enoxaparin sodium assays.
• Competence in in-process, finished product, stability, and raw material analysis.
• Experience with HPLC/GC using Empower Software, and handling instruments like UV-visible spectrometers, KF, potentiometers, and more.

Microbiology

Junior Executive

Qualifications: M. Sc. (Microbiology/Biotechnology)
Experience: Freshers

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of microbiology techniques.
• Recent graduates (2023/2024) with a minimum of 60% marks.
• Strong communication skills.

Quality Assurance (IPQA)

Executive

Qualifications: B. Pharm / M. Pharm / M. Sc.
Experience: 2 to 6 Years

Required Skills:

• Experience in providing line clearances during manufacturing activities like dispensing, visual inspection, packing, and dispatching.
• Proficiency in collecting and submitting various samples, including in-process, finished product, and stability samples.
• Experience in conducting AQL inspections and reviewing batch manufacturing records.
