Position Overview
Pfizer is seeking fresh graduates for the role of Production Operators in our injectables division. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, contributing directly to the production of life-saving medications.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage production equipment including injectable machines, sterile machines, parenteral machines, formulation machines, filling machines, capping machines, compounding machines, washing machines, and sealing machines.
• Monitor and control the production process to maintain high-quality standards and ensure that products meet specified parameters.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of production data and carry out routine maintenance on equipment as necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to troubleshoot issues and enhance overall production efficiency.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
