Job Opportunity: Associate Content Editor – Chemical Patent Abstraction

Job Description

• Prepare Abstracts: Create detailed abstracts for patents following the guidelines set in the DWPI Abstracting policy document.
• Detailed Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of patents to deliver accurate and editorially enhanced technical summaries, including descriptive titles, uses, novel features, advantages, and other key information related to the inventions.
• Insight Capture: Extract useful insights from patent data to generate comprehensive technical summaries.
• Tool Utilization: Use Clarivate-specific tools for content editing, abstraction, and curation.

Candidate Profile

• Educational Qualifications: A Master’s degree in Pharma, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or Medicinal Chemistry is required.
• Experience: Freshers are preferred, but candidates with up to one year of experience in content abstraction or editing are also welcome.
