Job Post: PK/PD/ Immunogenicity (Clone Development and Immunoassays)
Qualifications and Experience Required at Zydus Lifesciences:
- MSc. (Any life sciences area) / M.Pharm (Biotechnology / Pharmacology) / Ph.D. (Any life sciences area) with 5-7 years of experience
- Proficiency in development, validation, and execution of PK/PD/Immunogenicity/Nab assays (ELISA/CLIA/MSD)
- Support for pre-clinical & clinical studies for Biosimilars/New Biologics in a GLP setup
- Experience in animal handling, Antibody production, preparation of regulatory documents
- Scientific understanding of PK/PD/ADA/Nab of biologics in animals & humans
- Basic knowledge of biostatistics
- Ability to write/review assay validation protocols, reports, and SOPs, STPs
