Job Post: Pharmacist – RBSK under National Health Mission in Patan District
Qualification:
- Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy Course from a recognized University.
- Pass in Pharmacy from a recognized University.
- Preference given to candidates with a Degree in Pharmacy.
- Valid registration with Gujarat Pharmacy Council is mandatory.
- Sufficient knowledge of Gujarati and Hindi language.
- Basic computer course certification.

- Last Year Marksheet of Degree
- Relevant degree certificate
- Certificate of Effort (SSC/HSC/Course)
- Valid council certificate of the relevant degree
- Certificate of Completion of Internship (where applicable)
- Certificate of Basic Computer Knowledge
- Experience certificate where applicable
Conditions:
- The venue for all legal proceedings shall be the city of Patan, and any final decisions regarding changes in the recruitment process rest with the undersigned.
- All necessary documents must be uploaded on the online portal as per the rules. Incomplete or unreadable applications will be invalidated.
- Applications received through Ordinary Post/Courier/In person/Speed Post/RPAD will be considered canceled.
