Your Role: Assistant Manager – Quality Control
As an Assistant Manager – QC, you will be responsible for ensuring quality compliance and analytical excellence across drug substances, drug products, excipients, and packaging materials.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct sampling and analysis of drug products, raw materials, excipients, and water samples

Oversee qualification and calibration of analytical instruments

Manage quality events: OOS, OOT, deviations, lab incidents, and change controls

Participate in Analytical Method Validation, Verification, and Technology Transfer

Maintain compliance with training programs and documentation systems

Ensure timely sampling, testing, and release of all materials and finished products
Candidate Profile
-
Qualification: M.Pharmacy / B.Pharmacy / M.Sc
-
Experience: 10–12 years in a Quality Control environment within the pharmaceutical industry

Strong understanding of cGMP, analytical techniques, instrument handling, and QMS documentation
-
Proven ability to lead day-to-day lab operations independently
