Position Overview

We are seeking a Research Associate to join our Life Sciences and Healthcare Products team in Bangalore. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a skilled and collaborative team within the Biopharma Insights unit. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, global environment contributing to impactful pharmaceutical market research and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical and biopharma research and insights

• Assist in preparing structured reports and presentations based on secondary market research

• Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting

• Communicate findings clearly and effectively with internal teams and stakeholders

• Collaborate across departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of research outputs

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical Management

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in biopharma, healthcare, or market research

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills

• Exceptional attention to detail and a structured approach to work

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Team player with a collaborative work style

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• PhD in Pharmacy or Life Sciences

• Ability to manage deadlines and thrive under pressure

• Strong interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships
