We Are Hiring: Visionary Leader for Quality Functions

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced AVP / VP – Quality to lead and elevate all aspects of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Third-Party Vendor Management, and Audit Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure 24/7 Audit Readiness and complete adherence to global regulatory compliance standards

• Must have led a minimum of 15 USFDA audits

• Experience in audits by EU, UK-MHRA, and other regulated markets

• Build, maintain, and enhance a robust Quality Culture across the organization

• Lead quality automation, digital transformation, and QMS excellence

• Deliver organization-wide training on evolving quality practices and regulatory trends

• Strategize and drive end-to-end Quality Systems, ensuring scientific rigor and process integrity

• Collaborate across teams to ensure data integrity, GMP compliance, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree (or higher) in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline

• Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within the pharmaceutical sector

• Strong leadership, team management, and regulatory knowledge

• Proven experience with digitalization tools and QMS software

• A visionary with an eye for quality innovation and excellence
