Malabar Cancer Centre (MCC), an autonomous institution under the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Kerala, invites applications for the post of Resident Pharmacist. Established in 2001, MCC is located in Kodiyeri, Thalassery, Kannur District, and provides advanced cancer care services to patients from Northern Kerala, neighboring states, and Mahe, serving a population of over 1.5 crore.
Position Details
Post: Resident Pharmacist
Number of Vacancies: 01
Qualification Required:
- Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
Age Limit: Below 30 years (as of 01.01.2025)
Consolidated Pay (per month):
- Rs. 15,000/- for Diploma Holders
- Rs. 17,000/- for Graduates
Tenure and Nature of Appointment
- Tenure: Initially for one year, extendable up to a maximum of three years (with breaks), based on performance.
- Nature: Temporary (purely on contract).

- Written Test and/or Interview

- Rs. 100/- for SC/ST candidates
- Rs. 200/- for others

Additional Conditions
- Candidates failing to produce required documents may not be admitted for the interview at MCC’s discretion.
- Misconduct or attempts to disrupt proceedings will result in immediate disqualification.
- Incomplete interviews will disqualify candidates from ranking consideration.
- Experience relaxation may be granted if suitable candidates are unavailable.
