Opportunities in Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)
Position: Executive
Experience Required: 3 to 8 Years
Qualification: M.Pharm / M.Sc
Location: R&D Centre, Gandhinagar (Gujarat)
Key Responsibilities
-
Development and validation of HPLC/GC/LC methods for complex OSD, topical, and oncology APIs
-
Comparative evaluation and regulatory impact analysis for alternate vendor methods
-
Dissolution profiling, multimedia and comparative dissolution studies, statistical data evaluation
-
Expertise in analytical tools including HPLC, GC, IC, LCMS, and GCMS
-
Involvement in in-vitro studies, E&L, IVPT/IVRT, impurity and sameness studies
-
Proficiency in global pharmacopeias (USP/EP/BP/JP) and regulatory guidelines (ICH, FDA, EMEA)
-
Instrument calibration and routine maintenance

Development of oral solid dosage and oncology formulations

Alternative vendor development and technology transfer

Documentation: Specification drafting, MFC, BMR, Stability Protocol, CCF, and Deviation handling

SAP proficiency: Specification and BOM loading, PR generation, stock overview
