Key Responsibilities

As the Lead – QA & DQA Functions, you will:

• Oversee QA and DQA processes to ensure compliance with global regulatory standards.

• Lead laboratory qualification, validation, and documentation for R&D initiatives.

• Develop, implement, and enhance quality systems supporting pharmaceutical research.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product quality and regulatory adherence.

• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement activities.

• Mentor and guide QA/DQA team members to foster a culture of quality and innovation.

Candidate Profile

• Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc in Chemistry or related field.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in R&D Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of ICH, WHO, GMP, and other global regulatory guidelines.

  • Expertise in laboratory qualification and validation processes.

  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.
