Role: Technician – Production (Compression/Semi-Solid)

Location: Akola, Maharashtra

Experience: 1–4 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing

Salary Range: INR 2,40,000 – 4,80,000 per year
Key Responsibilities
As a Technician in the Production Department, you will be responsible for:

Operating and maintaining compression machines for tablet manufacturing.

Managing semi-solid manufacturing processes for ointments and creams.
-
Performing cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of production equipment.

Ensuring strict compliance with EU-GMP standards and safety protocols.

Collaborating with team members to meet production quality and efficiency targets.
Candidate Profile
-
Qualifications: ITI/Diploma/B.Sc (Science)/B.Pharm or relevant technical background.

Hands-on experience in compression or semi-solid manufacturing (ointment/cream).

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical production processes and regulatory guidelines.

Good mechanical aptitude for operating and troubleshooting equipment.

Detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
