Position Overview

We are hiring professionals for the Formulation Development of Sterile/Injectable Dosage Forms with sound knowledge in QbD, scale-up, and regulatory compliance for global markets including the US, EU, Canada, Brazil, and RoW.

Position Details

• Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive

• Department: Formulation & Development

• Location: Near Railway Crossing (Sanand – Viramgam Highway), Village: Sachana, Taluka: Viramgam, District: Ahmedabad – 382150

• Experience Required: 1 to 7 Years

• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm

• Gender: Open to both male and female candidates

Key Responsibilities

• Formulation Development: Design and develop stable injectable formulations (lyophilized, small/large volume parenterals) using QbD approach.

• Pre-formulation & Compatibility Studies: Perform studies to determine optimal API-excipient combinations.

• Process Development: Develop and scale-up robust manufacturing processes; identify CPPs and CQAs.

• Technology Transfer: Document and support transfer of technology to manufacturing or pilot facilities.

• Stability Studies: Plan and monitor ICH-compliant stability studies for product shelf-life and packaging assessment.

• Documentation: Prepare BMRs, development reports, protocols, and other regulatory documents.

Key Skills Required

• Experience in sterile/injectable formulation development

• Knowledge of QbD principles, ICH guidelines, and aseptic processing

• Proficiency in documentation and project tracking

• Exposure to lyophilization processes is an added advantage

• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (USFDA, EMA, etc.)
