Position Overview: Associate Scientific Writer

We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Scientific Writer to support the development of high-quality scientific content. In this role, you will contribute to the creation of medical education materials, support publication activities, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful communication for healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development

• Create specialized scientific content under supervision, including abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and slide decks.

• Manage content development processes, including documentation and approvals via PromoMats/iEnvision.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong relationships with internal teams, healthcare professionals, and external partners.

• Assist scientific communication teams to identify publication needs and develop customized deliverables.

• Work with product managers, MSLs, and medical departments to tailor materials according to regional requirements.

Process Management

• Conduct publication-needs analysis and assist in the execution of the publication plan.

• Coordinate with vendors to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of content.

• Gather and incorporate end-user feedback to continuously improve content quality and relevance.

Candidate Profile

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in content development within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or academic sectors.

Educational Qualification

• Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related discipline. Medical degrees are also welcome.

Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Familiarity with therapeutic areas, publication submission processes, and project management is preferred.

• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
