As a Clinical Research Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of clinical trials. This is an excellent opportunity for pharmacy and life sciences professionals passionate about innovation and patient care.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct all aspects of site management, including site selection, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits

• Ensure trial sites operate in compliance with study protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements

• Deliver high-quality data with minimal queries and strong Quality Assurance results

• Collaborate with the sponsor and ICON team, with continuous support from a dedicated ICON line manager

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members when needed

🎓 Candidate Profile

Education:

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D / BDS / MBBS

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of on-site monitoring experience in oncology trials (excluding induction/training)

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams

• Strong understanding of clinical trial guidelines and protocols
