Position: OSD Production QMS Officer
Key Responsibilities
1. Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare SOPs, Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), protocols, and reports.
- Develop and maintain qualification/requalification documents.
- Ensure compliance with change control, deviations, investigations, and risk assessments.
2. Training & Development
- Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement monthly training schedules and maintain updated personnel training files.
3. Audits & Quality Management
- Address and resolve observations from CAC, DR, and self-inspection audits.
4. Software & System Proficiency
- Work efficiently with TrackWise, SAP, and other quality management systems.
Candidate Requirements
- Hands-on experience in TrackWise and SAP is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory requirements.
