As part of this exciting journey, we are looking for a Pharmacovigilance Capability and Training Head who will play a crucial role in shaping our future. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the Global Training Program: Oversee the Sandoz patient safety training management program, including strategic supplier training management.
- Collaborating with Stakeholders: Work with key stakeholders, subject matter experts, and countries to design training and change management strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations.
- Content Ownership: Serve as the content owner for company-wide mandatory Adverse Event refresher courses.
- Maintaining Inspection Readiness: Ensure training inspection readiness and provide direct support during audits and Health Authority inspections.
- Learning Solutions: Translate business performance gaps into learning solutions, supporting quality improvement initiatives.
- Strategic Supplier Training: Act as the training point of contact for strategic suppliers, establishing training programs, delivery mechanisms, and compliance oversight paradigms.
- Onboarding Excellence: Collaborate with other Sandoz learning organizations and site teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
- Deputize When Needed: Deputize for the Director of Process Governance, Compliance & Risk as assigned, and support other departmental activities as required.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: Approximately five to seven years of pharmacovigilance experience desired (not mandatory), including clinical safety and related areas of development.
- Independence: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks independently and effectively.
- Skills: Strong presentation and instructional design skills, excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, decision making, problem-solving, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask are essential.
- Proactivity: Results-driven, self-starter with a proactive working style, committed and accountable, and able to work transparently under pressure.
- Technical Proficiency: Excellent planning, organizational, and computer skills.
