Senior Research Associate – FD

Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Execute NCE projects, Generic projects, and Line Extension projects following QbD principles.
  • Conduct extensive literature research related to assigned products.
  • Engage in formulation development, process development, and GMP batch manufacturing.

Documentation and Compliance:

  • Prepare technical documents including development reports, manufacturing documents, and technology transfer documents.
  • Ensure adherence to good documentation practices.
  • Manufacture batches according to GMP norms for various markets such as the US, Europe, and Australia.

Project Management:

  • Ensure project completion within agreed timelines, cost, and specifications.
  • Collaborate with support teams to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Oversee calibration activities in the FD lab.
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic environment in the department.
