Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing a comprehensive global Pharmacovigilance system auditing program.

• Lead and support audits of outsourced parties (CROs, service providers, vendors), affiliates, and partners involved in Pharmacovigilance operations.

• Conduct internal audits for Sun Pharma sites to ensure alignment with established quality systems and global regulations.

• Support in preparing and maintaining CAPA trackers; ensure timely and effective CAPA closure.

• Review Pharmacovigilance SOPs for clarity, completeness, and regulatory compliance.

• Ensure maintenance of a robust quality system for PI management.

• Review Pharmacovigilance System Master Files (PSMFs) for assigned countries.

• Assist in risk assessments of business partners and participate in vendor qualification.

• Manage Internal Audit Observation Database (IAOD) and facilitate global sharing of findings and CAPAs.

• Update and maintain the audit master schedule for GPvP QA audits.

• Review and close deviations with adequate CAPA implementation.

• Handle any additional responsibilities assigned by the GPvP-QA leadership.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: M.Pharm

• Experience: 2–3 years in PV-QA or Pharmacovigilance operations

• Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with GVP modules

• Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; analytical mindset; detail-oriented
