Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Investigation Associate Manager at Pfizer, you will:

  • Lead and execute investigations into quality issues within manufacturing and quality laboratories.

  • Develop and implement effective corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans.

  • Apply scientific knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve issues in a sterile manufacturing environment.

Candidate Profile

Pfizer is looking for a detail-oriented professional with:

  • Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.S (Pharmacy), or M.Sc. (Chemistry/Microbiology).

  • Experience: 6–8 years in Quality Assurance within a sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

  • Expertise in:

    • Conducting and writing detailed investigations using structured methodologies.

    • Root cause analysis and development of CAPA strategies.

    • Regulatory requirements, GMP, and quality standards.

  • Skills:

    • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects.

    • Effective communication and mentoring capabilities.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and documentation systems.
