Position Overview

As a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate, you will play a vital role in drug safety and regulatory operations, managing case processing and compliance activities that safeguard patient health worldwide.

This position is ideal for professionals with 1–3 years of experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety surveillance, seeking to grow their careers in a dynamic, global environment.


💊 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage affiliate mailboxes, reconciliation reports, and written follow-ups for serious and non-serious cases.

  • Perform case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, and ICSR case processing in line with regulatory standards.

  • Ensure accurate submission and follow-up as per client guidelines and global pharmacovigilance regulations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables for global clients.

  • Support global operations in rotational shifts, contributing to 24/7 pharmacovigilance excellence.


🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required

Education:

  • Any Graduation (preferably B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or Life Sciences background)

Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Pharmacovigilance or Drug Safety Surveillance

Language Proficiency:

  • Japanese Language Certification (JLPT N3–N5 – Elementary level)

Key Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of MedDRA coding and ICSR processing

  • Understanding of pharmacovigilance and drug safety operations

  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills

  • High adaptability and commitment to regulatory compliance and quality standards
