OHPC invites applications from qualified and eligible candidates for the post of Pharmacist at the Project Hospital, Bariniput in Koraput District on a purely contractual basis.

Position Details

• Post: Pharmacist

• No. of Vacancies: 02

• Monthly Consolidated Salary: ₹21,300/-

• Location: Project Hospital, Upper Kolab Hydro Electric Project, Bariniput, Koraput

Eligibility Criteria

1. Must have passed +2 Science under CHSE, Odisha or equivalent.

2. Should hold a Diploma in Pharmacy or B.Pharm from a recognized institution approved by AICTE and examined by the Odisha Pharmacy Board.

3. Must possess a valid registration certificate with the Pharmacist Council of Odisha.

4. Must be able to read, write, and speak Odia, fulfilling any of the following:

   • Passed Middle School with Odia as a subject

   • Passed Matriculation with Odia medium in non-language subjects

   • Passed Odia language exam in Class VII or above

   • Passed Odia test conducted by School & Mass Education Department

Age Limit

• Minimum: 21 years

• Maximum: 32 years (as on 01.06.2025)

• Age Relaxation:

  • SEBC/SC/ST/Women: 5 years

  • PwD: 10 years

  • Ex-Servicemen: as per Defence Service rendered

Other Requirements

• Must be a citizen of India.

• Should be registered with an Employment Exchange in Odisha.

• Experience in the field will be preferred.

• If married, the candidate must not have more than one spouse living.

Benefits & Conditions

• The appointment is purely contractual for one year, extendable based on performance.

• Selected candidates will be provided rent-free accommodation (subject to availability) at UKHEP, Bariniput as per OHPC rules.

• No TA/DA will be provided at any stage of the selection process.

• OHPC reserves the right to cancel, modify, accept, or reject any part of this recruitment without assigning any reason.
