The District Health Committee, Ranchi, under the National Health Mission (NHM), Jharkhand, invites applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Pharmacists and AYUSH Pharmacists on a contractual basis (including backlog vacancies). Vacancy Details

1. Pharmacist (RCH – RBSK Programme)

• Total Vacancies: 25

• Category-wise Distribution: UR-11, EWS-2, ST-9, SC-1, EBC/BC-I-2

• Essential Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institute

  • Registered with the Pharmacy Council

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Internet usage

• Monthly Honorarium: ₹12,000/-

2. AYUSH Pharmacist (RCH – NHM Programme)

• Total Vacancies: 02

• Category-wise Distribution: UR-01, ST-01

• Essential Qualifications:

  • For Ayurvedic Pharmacist: Diploma in Ayurvedic Pharmacy from a recognized institute

  • For Unani Pharmacist: Diploma in Unani Pharmacy from a recognized institute

  • For Homeopathic Pharmacist: Diploma in Homeopathic Pharmacy from a recognized institute

• Monthly Honorarium: ₹10,000/-

3. Pharmacist (National Urban Health Mission – NUHM)

• Total Vacancies: 06

• Category-wise Distribution: UR-2, EWS-1, ST-3

• Essential Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institute

  • Registered with the Pharmacy Council

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Internet usage

• Monthly Honorarium: ₹10,973/-

4. Pharmacist (National Urban Health Mission – NUHM)

• Total Vacancies: 04

• Category-wise Distribution: UR-2, ST-2

• Essential Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institute

  • Registered with the Pharmacy Council

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Internet usage

• Monthly Honorarium: ₹10,973/-

• Admit card release and exam details will be communicated via registered email.

Terms of Contract

1. The appointment is purely on a contractual basis for one year, subject to renewal based on performance.

2. The contract may be terminated by one-month prior notice or one-month honorarium in lieu of notice.

3. Candidates will be entitled to fixed honorarium only, without additional allowances applicable to permanent employees.

4. Contractual employees cannot claim regularization or permanent employment in the future.
