Key Responsibilities

In this strategic marketing role, you will:

• Develop and Execute Marketing Plans: Create innovative marketing and promotional strategies to address end-consumer needs and strengthen brand presence.

• Drive Business Performance: Monitor portfolio performance through regular tracking and market intelligence from primary research and customer interactions.

• Strategize with Stakeholders: Collaborate with prescribers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), advisory groups, and internal teams to write and implement effective business and marketing plans.

• Manage Budgets & Promotions: Handle joint financial responsibility for advertising, promotions, conferences, product literature, and digital content.

• Lead Marketing Activities: Initiate and coordinate campaigns, training sessions, and product presentations for staff and field teams.

• Engage with Professionals: Build strong relationships with medical specialists, pharmacists, formulary committees, and insurance providers to enhance product visibility.

• Represent the Brand: Participate in national and international congresses, advisory councils, and roundtables to position Sun Pharma as a market leader.

• Align with Corporate Strategy: Translate global brand strategies into local execution plans, ensuring alignment with corporate communication and product strategy.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Education: B.Pharm with MBA in Marketing or Pharma Management.

• Experience:

  • Product Manager: 3–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing.

  • Group Product Manager: 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing.

• Preferred Exposure: Gastro therapy (open to other therapy areas).

• Skills & Attributes:

  • Proven record of successful product launches and lifecycle management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to foster collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in product management tools and science-driven marketing strategies.
