1. Executive to Technical Officer – Production/Packing (OSD)

Location: Karkhadi, Panelav

Job Criteria:

• Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm / DME / ITI
• Experience: 2 to 7 years

Job Role:

• Production: Manage operations in granulation, compression, coating, pelletization, and capsule filling areas.
• Packing: Oversee blister packing, bulk/bottle packing, documentation, Track and Trace, and serialization processes.

2. Executive/Junior Executive – Production (Injectable)

Job Criteria:

• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Diploma / ITI
• Experience: 1 to 10 years
• Requirement: Exposure to aseptic practices and good documentation practices is essential.

Job Role:

• Operate and maintain manufacturing skids, Fedegari autoclaves, Isolator, lyophilizers, vial washing and tunnel, vial/ophthalmic/PFS filling, aseptic filtration, FFS, CIP/SIP, filters, microsphere refiner, and active freeze-drying systems.
• Execute manufacturing activities in compliance with SOPs, ensuring quality and safety.

3. Executive – Quality Control

• Qualification: M.Sc / B.Pharm
• Experience: 2 to 5 years

Job Role:

• Proficient in handling QC instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-visible spectrophotometer, dissolution apparatus, KF, IPC-OES, IR spectrophotometer.

4. Executive – Quality Assurance

• Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm
• Experience: 2 to 5 years

Job Role:

• Perform area & equipment line clearance/certification at packing & manufacturing stages.
• Conduct process and cleaning validation, along with equipment and utility qualification and requalification.

5. Junior Executive/Executive – Engineering (Instrumentation)

Job Role:

6. Executive – Production (API)

Job Role:

• Ensure manufacturing processes adhere to cGMP standards.
• Operate critical equipment like reactors, centrifuges, blenders, sifters, and multi-mills.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and implement corrective actions to resolve technical issues, ensuring adherence to safety practices.
