Position: Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) – Executive
Experience: 3 to 8 years
Qualification: M.Pharm / M.Sc
Job Responsibilities & Required Skills:
- Develop, verify, validate, and conduct feasibility studies of HPLC/GC/IC methods for API, complex OSD products, oncology products, and topical products for regulated, semi-regulated, and Indian markets.
- Perform comparative evaluation of analytical methods from different vendors and assess regulatory impacts.
- Conduct dissolution development, comparative dissolution studies, multimedia dissolution, and statistical evaluations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in handling analytical instruments like HPLC, IC, and GC.
- Expertise in NI/GI & NDSRI with LCMS/GCMS, solid-state characterization, and API sameness studies.
- Hands-on experience in In-vitro Studies, Extractables & Leachables (E&L), Solid-State Characterization, IVPT/IVRT, Impurity Characterization, and Sameness Studies.
- Sound knowledge of pharmacopeias such as USP, EP, BP, and JP along with current regulatory guidelines (ICH, EMEA, FDA).
- Perform maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments and equipment.
