Walk-in Interview – Production Department

Anthea Pharma invites skilled and passionate professionals to join its dynamic Injectables Production Team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art sterile manufacturing environment and be part of a company that values innovation, compliance, and excellence.

Open Positions

Operator / Sr. Operator / Line Chemist / Executive

Qualification:
Diploma / B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Pharm

Experience:
3–6 years in injectable manufacturing

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience in sterile manufacturing operations

  • Exposure to Component Preparation, Aseptic Filling, Compounding, Autoclave Operation, Vial Washing, Filling, and Sealing

  • Supervising and maintaining production line efficiency

  • Adherence to cGMP, safety standards, and documentation protocols

  • Experience as a Line Chemist or Production Executive preferred

Trainee Positions

Qualification:
ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. (Chemistry)

Experience:
Freshers (Pass-outs of 2023, 2024, or 2025)

Required Skills:

  • Willingness to work in injectable production operations

  • Good communication and basic computer skills

  • Ability to follow cGMP, safety guidelines, and company procedures

Additional Information

  • Preferred Candidates: Male candidates (due to shop floor and shift work requirements)

  • Joining: Immediate joiners will be given preference
