1️⃣ Formulation R&D
Key Responsibilities:
-
Develop and optimize Finished Dosage Formulations (FDFs), focusing on hormonal and women’s health products.
-
Conduct pre-formulation, stability, and scale-up studies.
-
Ensure all formulations comply with global regulatory standards and technical documentation requirements.
2️⃣ Analytical R&D
Key Responsibilities:
-
Perform method development, validation, and transfer for APIs and FDFs.
-
Analyze raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using HPLC, GC, and other analytical tools.
-
Prepare analytical reports and support R&D documentation in compliance with GLP guidelines.
3️⃣ Quality Assurance (QA)
Key Responsibilities:
-
Implement and maintain GMP-compliant quality systems across departments.
-
Review batch records, manage change controls, deviations, and CAPA.
-
Support internal and external audits while ensuring regulatory readiness.
4️⃣ Quality Control (QC)
Key Responsibilities:
-
Conduct chemical and instrumental analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods.
-
Validate and verify analytical methods and maintain documentation as per GMP and ALCOA principles.
-
Coordinate with production and QA for product release and compliance.
5️⃣ Production
Key Responsibilities:
-
Oversee API and formulation manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to SOPs and GMP standards.
-
Manage equipment operation, cleaning validation, and process optimization.
-
Monitor batch operations for consistent output and safety compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Education: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, ITI, or Diploma in a relevant discipline.
-
Experience: 2–15 years in pharmaceutical R&D, QA, QC, or Production.

Preferred Skills:
-
Strong understanding of GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements.
-
Proficiency in analytical techniques and documentation.
-
Hands-on experience in formulation or analytical development.
-

Attributes: Excellent problem-solving ability, teamwork, and attention to detail.
