Position Overview

We are seeking experienced and dedicated professionals to join our Formulation & Development team as Research Scientists. This role involves the end-to-end development of pharmaceutical formulations including Solid Orals, Onco OSD, Liquid Orals, and Sterile formulations for various global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize formulations for Solid Orals, Onco OSD, Liquid Orals, and Sterile dosage forms.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance for product development across markets – Regulated, ROW, and Domestic.

  • Conduct pre-formulation studies, process development, and scale-up activities.

  • Prepare and review technical documents including development reports and regulatory submissions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Analytical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 3 to 8 years in formulation development.

  • Qualification: M.Pharm / Ph.D.

  • Market Exposure: Experience in developing products for Regulated markets (e.g., US, EU), Rest of World (ROW), and Domestic markets.

  • Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovation in pharmaceutical research.
