We are looking for experienced and passionate professionals to join our team in Production, Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), Analytical Research & Development (AR&D), and Warehouse operations.

Available Roles & Responsibilities

Production – Injectables

• Operate and monitor compounding, autoclave, vial filling, and vial washing systems.

• Manage injectable oncology isolator lines with CIP/SIP expertise.

• Ensure compliance with QMS activities and regulatory standards.

• Senior roles (Asst. Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager): Lead production operations, resolve process challenges, and drive continuous improvement.

Quality Control (QC)

• Conduct testing of raw materials, in-process (IP), and finished products (FP).

• Perform instrument analysis using advanced techniques.

• Maintain strict compliance with quality protocols.

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Execute equipment validation for filling and autoclave systems.

• Perform IPQA checks and provide line clearances.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and GMP standards.

Analytical Research & Development (AR&D)

• Develop and validate analytical methods using GC, HPLC, and LCMS.

• Support research initiatives to enhance product safety and compliance.

Warehouse

• Manage receipt, storage, and dispensing of raw/packing materials.

• Oversee finished goods dispatch for domestic and export markets.

• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or any Graduation (for Warehouse roles).

• Experience Required:

  • Production: 5–20 years

  • QC: 4–10 years

  • QA: 3–10 years

  • AR&D: 3–6 years

  • Warehouse: 3–8 years

• Skills: Strong knowledge of injectable oncology manufacturing, QMS, analytical method development, equipment validation, and warehouse operations.

• Preference: Male candidates with immediate joining availability.
