Position: Quality Assurance – Sr. Executive / Executive / Sr. Officer – IPQA (SVP)

Qualification: M.Pharm/B.Pharm/M.Sc with 3 to 6 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee ampoule line, liquid vial line, dry powder line, and media simulation studies.
• Ensure strict adherence to line clearance procedures.
• Maintain and apply knowledge of aseptic behavior and procedures.
• Conduct thorough investigations and implement risk assessment mitigation and follow-up plans.
• Review and manage essential documentation, including MFR, BMR, BPR, specifications, and STP.

Microbiology – Sr. Executive / Executive / Sr. Officer

Position: Microbiology – Sr. Executive / Executive / Sr. Officer

Qualification: M.Sc with 3 to 6 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and record critical environmental conditions, including temperature, differential pressure, and relative humidity in the aseptic microbiology testing area.
• Manage inventory and prepare dehydrated culture media, plates, and test tubes.
• Perform sterility testing on finished products, sterile raw materials, and validation samples.
• Conduct Bacterial Endotoxin Testing (BET) on WFI, sterile raw materials, and finished injection samples.
• Carry out comprehensive microbiological analysis, including limit testing (MLT) of raw materials, finished products, and validation samples.
• Execute water sampling and analysis per the defined schedule.
• Operate essential laboratory instruments, including autoclaves, pH meters, weighing balances, incubators, and microscopes. Prepare microbiological culture media for various analyses.
• Participate in validation and qualification activities for equipment such as autoclaves, incubators, and refrigerators.
• Perform method validation for sterility and BET tests.
