Quality Assurance Department

Position: Officer – IPQA

• Number of Positions: 05
• Experience: 0 to 2 Years
• Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharma / M.Pharma / B.Tech / M.Tech (Food Technology)
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct line clearance and FG sample withdrawal.
  • Perform online GMP monitoring.
  • Support product and process validation.

Position: Officer – IPQC

• Number of Positions: 05
• Experience: Minimum 2 Years
• Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharma / M.Pharma / B.Tech / M.Tech (Food Technology)
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Withdraw in-process samples.
  • Perform in-process testing, including product appearance, bulk density (BD), tapped density (TD), and particle size analysis.

Quality Control Department

Position: Senior Officer / Executive – QC

• Number of Positions: 03
• Experience: Minimum 2 Years
• Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharma / M.Pharma / B.Tech / M.Tech (Food Technology)
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Review HPLC methods, chromatograms, and system suitability.
  • Ensure HPLC sequences comply with established methods.
  • Prepare and review IQ, OQ, and PQ for new instruments.
  • Conduct pre-investigations for OOS, OOC, OOT, and lab incidents.

Production Department

Position: Supervisor – Production (Spray Dryer)

• Number of Positions: 02
• Experience: Minimum 3 Years
• Qualification: Diploma, D.Pharma, B.Pharma, B.Tech (Food Technology), B.Sc, M.Sc
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain spray dryers.
  • Lead production teams and ensure proper documentation.
  • Oversee plant cleaning, batch preparation, and packing.
  • Prepare SOPs and ensure GMP compliance.
  • Manage packing and dispatch activities.

EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) Department

Position: Senior Executive – EHS

• Number of Positions: 04
• Experience: 4 to 8 Years
• Qualification: B.Sc. (Fire & Safety) / PDIS / MIHS
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Conduct safety training and audits.
  • Oversee plant safety procedures and emergency response planning.
  • Maintain records and documentation related to environmental and safety measures.
