Biological E. Limited (BE) has a rich legacy, established during India’s Swadeshi Movement. Founded by Dr. DVK Raju, the company began its journey in 1953 by manufacturing biological products, including liver extracts and anticoagulants. Driven by the mission of preventing diseases, BE introduced its Biotechnology Division (now Vaccines and Biologics Division) in 1962, pioneering large-scale DPT vaccine production.

Quality Assurance (IPQA)
Position: Executive / Senior Executive
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc.
Experience: 3 to 9 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide line clearances for various manufacturing activities, including dispensing, visual inspection, and packaging.
- Collect and submit in-process, finished product, and stability samples as per procedures.
- Conduct inspections for Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) and periodic control sample reviews.
- Review batch manufacturing records and batch packaging records.
- Exposure to Quality Management System (QMS) components such as CAPA, Change Control, and Deviation.
Production – Pharma GMP Certification Training
Position: Officer / Senior Officer
Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc.
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and clean Vial Washing Machines, Depyrogenation Tunnels, and Terminal Sterilization units.
- Handle Vial Filling, Sealing, and Pre-Filled Syringe (PFS) filling machines.
- Operate and maintain lyophilizers with Auto Loading & Unloading Systems (ALUS).
- Perform aseptic filling, sealing, and media filling activities.
Position: Executive / Senior Executive
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 2 to 7 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing, filtration, filling, lyophilization, and sealing activities.
- Plan and execute batch manufacturing, filtration integrity testing, and process validation.
Quality Control
Position: Executive
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc.
Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Caliber LIMS master data.
- Perform biological assays, including Antifactor Xa and Antifactor IIa.
- Conduct analysis of in-process materials, finished products, stability samples, and raw materials.
- Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, IR, AAS, ICP-MS, and NMR.
- Perform preventive maintenance of laboratory instruments.
Microbiology
Position: Associate (Post Graduate)
Qualification: M.Sc. (Microbiology / Biotechnology)
Experience: Fresh post-graduates (2024 batch with minimum 60% marks)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct basic microbiological techniques.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
Position: Executive
Qualification: M.Sc. (Microbiology / Biotechnology)
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct environmental monitoring in aseptic areas.
- Perform water sampling and utility monitoring.
- Prepare and analyze trend reports.
