Job Responsibilities

Quality Control:

• Conduct sampling and testing of raw materials and excipients.
• Operate and maintain analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, LCMS, GCMS, IR, UV, etc.) for testing drug substances and oral formulations.
• Ensure compliance with current Data Integrity requirements and cGMP standards.
• Perform stability studies and manage out-of-specification (OOS) and out-of-trend (OOT) investigations.
• Utilize Labware LIMS for laboratory management.
• Validate and transfer analytical methods for drug substances and drug products.
• Draft investigation reports and protocols.

Microbiology:

• Oversee QC microbiology lab operations for API and formulation, ensuring procedures are followed.

Quality Assurance:

• Review batch production records (BPR), batch cleaning records, test data sheets, and sampling of API finished goods.
• Prepare Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR).
• Manage QMS documentation, including change control, deviation, CAPA, OOS, and OOT reviews.
• Respond to customer queries and questionnaires.
• Review qualification and validation documents, investigation reports, and conduct quality risk management (QRM).

Preferred Candidates:

• Those willing to work in all shifts.
• Experience working in USFDA-approved plants.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 60% in the highest education qualification is required for candidates with less than 5 years of experience.
• Candidates who have attended an interview within the last six months are not eligible.
