  1. Granulation Section:
    • Job Profile: Jr. Officer / Officer
    • Responsibilities: Supervision of granulation activities, including the operation and management of equipment such as Fluid Bed Dryers (FBD), Rapid Mixer Granulators (RMG), Octagonal Blenders, Bin Blenders, Multi Mills, Cone Mills, Shifters, etc. Additionally, handling Quality Management System (QMS) work related to Critical Control Points (CCP), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), deviations, investigations, and documentation.
  2. Compression Section:
    • Job Profile: Jr. Officer / Officer
    • Responsibilities: Supervision of compression activities, involving the operation and management of compression machines like Fette, Sejong, Legacy, Korsch, Cadmach, or any other machines equipped with Automatic Weight Control or Compaction Force Control. Additionally, responsible for handling QMS work related to CCP, CAPA, deviations, investigations, and documentation.
  3. Coating Section:
    • Job Profile: Jr. Officer / Officer
    • Responsibilities: Supervision of coating and capsule filling activities. Familiarity with machine exposure to Ganson Auto Coater is required. Additionally, responsible for handling QMS work related to CCP, CAPA, deviations, investigations, and documentation.
  4. Documentation Section:
    • Job Profile: Jr. Officer / Officer
    • Responsibilities: Reviewing Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing Change Control processes, and handling incidents and deviations documentation.

These job profiles require candidates with a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) qualification and 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. It is essential to have exposure to the specific machines and equipment mentioned in each section and familiarity with Quality Management System (QMS) practices.

Quality Control:

  1. Micro Microbiological Analysis Section:
    • Designation: Analyst
    • Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc
    • Experience: 2 to 3 years
    • Responsibilities: Conducting microbiological analysis and testing of samples, ensuring compliance with quality standards and procedures.
  2. Q.C. Analysis of RM, FP, Stability Samples Section:
    • Designation: Officer
    • Qualification: B.Sc/B.Pharm
    • Experience: 3 to 4 years
    • Responsibilities: Performing analysis of raw materials (RM), finished products (FP), and stability samples. Utilizing analytical instruments such as High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), Ultraviolet (UV) spectrophotometers, etc.

Quality Assurance:

  1. IPQA In-Process Check in Manufacturing and Packing Department Section:
    • Designation: Jr. Officer/Officer
    • Qualification: B.Pharm
    • Experience: 2 to 3 years
    • Responsibilities: Conducting in-process checks in the manufacturing and packing departments. Reviewing Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) or Batch Packaging Records (BPR).

Packing:

  1. Primary & Secondary Packing Section:
    • Designation: Officer/Sr. Officer
    • Qualification: B.Sc
    • Experience: 3 to 4 years
    • Responsibilities: Supervising primary and secondary packing activities, including bulk packing and blister packing lines. Familiarity with CVC (Carton Verification Camera) and CAM (Carton Marking) systems is desirable.

Stores:

  1. Raw Material/Packing Material RM/PM Activities Section:
    • Designation: Officer/Sr. Officer
    • Qualification: B.Sc
    • Experience: 2 to 4 years
    • Responsibilities: Managing raw material and packing material activities in stores. This includes material planning based on production/packing plans, dispensing of raw materials and packing materials, and knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).Engineering Department:

      For the Engineering department at Ipca, there are two sections mentioned along with the relevant qualifications and experience:

      1. CSV/Calibration Section:
        • Designation: Jr. Officer/Officer
        • Qualification: B.E/B.Tech
        • Experience: 1 to 2 years
        • Responsibilities: The candidate should have exposure to Computer System Validation (CSV) of various pharmaceutical equipment. This involves ensuring that computer systems used in the manufacturing and testing processes are validated and compliant with regulatory requirements.
      2. Utility Section:
        • Designation: Jr. Officer/Officer
        • Qualification: B.E/B.Tech
        • Experience: 1 to 2 years
        • Responsibilities: The candidate should have exposure to the operation of utility equipment such as Diesel Generators (DG), boilers, chillers, etc. It involves managing the efficient and effective functioning of utility systems critical to the manufacturing processes.

      Additional Notes:

      • Candidates with regulatory exposure to agencies like the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) or the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) will be preferred.
